I believe children learn best when they are engaged and nurtured while being allowed to explore, ask questions, get dirty, and make mistakes. I am inspired by nature, mothering, great writers, poetry, science, and children of all ages.

thanks! i really like latt's style and sense of color. the top one he tdid as a birthday present for me, and the bottom one is officially for sale. we just never seem to take it anywhere to offer it, so we must be hanging onto it. :D i'm going to post some more pics of his work here when i get a chance. it really makes my blog look snazzy.

See that's not fair. If I asked Vin to make me something to stare at while at the computer, he would trace a picture of his middle finger and hang it on the window. :D
